Often called the Italian bacon, Pancetta is made from the pork belly that has been cured in brine flavoured with herbs and spices such as nutmeg, fennel and pepper, and then air dried. Pancetta is less salty than most streaky bacon and with a fine superior flavour, making it indispensable in any kitchen.

I use this for my pizzas it's very good! Fatty but tasty 👍👍 ace for fillings and used in croquettes 😋😋 well done 👏👏

This pancetta is really tasty. It is the genuine product: slightly smoked and it has a delicate flavour. Perfect for a real carbonara, or for other Italian sauces. Will buy again.
Tried this pancetta for the first time and it was delicious. I have used it in tomato sauces, wrapped around a monkfish tail and topped a pizza with it and still plenty left. I'll be getting it again but will you be selling it in one block in future too?
