If you like your cheese full of flavour but not too strong, then this is for you. I repacked the slices in individual small bags and popped them straight into the freezer - 6 to each bag. This cheese is perfect for sandwiches and it is great for melting on top of a burger or cheese on toast. A great family all rounder.

Spelling! AGAIN!
Have just ordered this so I hope it lives up to the hype! But, really, you need to do a better job with your editing: it's 'Monterey', not 'Monterray'.
