Our Halloumi is made in Cyprus with a traditional recipie, using a mixture of cow, goat and sheep milk. This makes it ideal for grilling, frying or on the barbeque.
Lovely product. I cubed then fried it in butter to add to a curried cauliflower soup. Was delicious

Arrives in a sealed packet, so it's easy to store with a relatively long shelf life in the fridge. Sliced and grilled it makes the perfect topping to a healthy salad. Great with grated carrots, a few capers, tomatoes and sunflower seeds, plus whatever greens you have to hand. Squeaky texture and retains it's shape well under heat.
