The berries of sea buckthorn are among the most content-rich local fruits. That the sea buckthorn is called the "Lemon of the North" may be explained on the one hand on the distinctive tart taste of the berries, on the other hand on its exceptionally high content of vitamin C that exceeds that of citrus fruits many times over. The pulp of sea buckthorn berries contain a valuable oil that is among other things rich in carotenoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
By the careful production of our Sea buckthorn Juice, all valuable components of the whole fruit are ground. Thereby the fruit's vitamins, minerals, fiber and fruit acids obtained in an ideal way.
So sorry - can’t see how to reply to your comment so have to repost. I didn’t freeze the juice myself. The label on the bottle says: ‘Frozen to retain quality. Frozen on 18/5/21’ Hope that helps.
No problem :) Feel free to email us to discuss so we can help :)
Ah thank you for letting us know, I was not aware of this being a pre-frozen product. We will look into this to see if this is a batch problem and if not we will pass on the feedback to the supplier :)
Sadly as a result of having been frozen, this was grainy and hard to ‘mix’ despite shaking.
This sounds strange, the sea buckthorne juice should not have been frozen on delivery - did you freeze it yourself? :)
