A deep cherry colour with complex aromas. This is a pure and versatile food wine with rich black fruit underpinned by subtle vanilla. 100% of the wine is oaked in New American oaked barrels for 1 year and a further 1 year in bottle.
Enjoyed with red meat dishes, grilled or stewed, cured or half-cured cheeses are also great companions.
