An egg product made from whole eggs. The eggs are collected from the various poultry farms and is then prepared by breaking fresh hen's eggs, subjecting them to a pasteurisation process and putting them in the packaging. The product is cooled to between 0° and 4°C for storage purposes.
In addition to guaranteeing food safety (no salmonella), the pasteurisation process mainly assures a longer and better shelf life. This product is perfect for any preparations that rely on natural, fresh and full egg flavour.
