Picture Misleading

This is a complete, large chorizo. It's not pre-sliced and it's not small girth like the picture may lead you to believe.
However, it is exactly what I was after, and absolutely delicious. Really good flavour and much softer than the supermarket stuff. Wanted this specifically as we use it diced to make a chorizo-chilli.

So it's like the large Spanish chorizo you find at supermarket deli-counters except larger, tastier, softer and cheaper!

It is not stated to be pre-sliced. The title says FOR slicing :)

Good flavour, if a trifle salty for me, however excellent sliced as it is or cooked for flavour in other dishes.

Nice addition to flavour a meal

It is very strong tasting on its own, but when added to another dish (mine was pan fried salmon), it goes really well. It is very big, so i have cut it into 3 and frozen 2 as you really don't need much for a great flavour.

Non what expected

To me the product looks very different from what received: is much larger and the mix is more of a paste. Taste ok, a touch too salty.
