Spicy delight

This Massaman curry paste capture the taste of a tasty curry, and all the spices blend together in rich flavour in your mouth. I added fresh coriander and it gave colour and taste.

Massaman Curry Paste

Very familiar with Thai cuisine, but never been tempted to create a Thai dish as wouldn’t do it justice.
This paste was the most authentic taste I’d experienced since visiting Thailand.
The kilo bag of curry paste is being divided between family and friends, I’m sure they will be delighted with the outcome.
I kept it basic and only added chicken and sweet potato, it was enough for me, but in future I will add other veg etc.

Delicious Curry

I used this paste more or less as the directions on the tub, but omitting the peanuts. I used already cooked turkey leftover from Christmas Dinner, served with Basmati Rice, Mango Chutney & Greek Yoghurt to accompany. Superb!!

Big mistake

I didn't read the quantity just saw the picture of a jar. Will last me absolutely ages

It keeps for around 6 months once opened so don't worry :)
