Made in Yorkshire by removing the smallest, lighter grains (using the gravity table), they only mill our wholemeal from the bold grains. Usually milled to a fine consistency unless coarser flour is required by a customer.
Sold in 1.5kg packs.

Whilst I agree that this flour is fine milled, it helps us make really tasty bread . This is our main use for the flous. Sometimes scones. I like it. Thanks.

This batch is grounded a little too fine otherwise it is still a very good base flour for my bread making.
