Tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (30%).
They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking.
This is a very versatile pasta as it can be paired with all kinds of sauces.
