This is a great tasting sausage meat. I made a calabrese pizza (similar to Pizza express restaurant's) and was pleasantly surprised. The flavour was excellent, could be a bit spicier but that is personal preference. Fantastic added to mince and made into lasagna or mixed with Spinach and Ricotta for a cannelloni or Ravioli filling

Tried this for the first time and absolutely loved it. I put it on the top of homemade pizza and it gave it a delicious flavour. I also added it to a pasta dish. It has a lovely spicy kick to it. Looking forward to try it in more dishes.

I used this on top of thickly sliced tomato sour dough with mozzarella - baked in the oven was absolutely fabulous served with a salad 😋
