Dry cured from the eye of the loin of a Yorkshire outdoor reared pig. This is rolled in paprika & aged for at least 6 weeks.
Perfect on a charcuterie board or in salads & sandwiches
Looks beautiful but it was so salty that we couldn't eat it after the first couple of bites.
Sorry to hear this Alison, one of the other Lishmans products may suit your taste preferences better :)
