This cheese was opened to put in a sauce. Within 2 days it was dirty blue grey and mouldy. I will stick to grating my own parmesan in future. A complete waste of money.

Wow really sorry to hear this Jane, it sounds like this may have been a slightly older bag or something, if you could send us an email with some information, your order number and any info on the packaging or pictures that would be really helpful as we can then investigate and flag with the supplier if necessary. The cheese should last much longer than this
