A rich and creamy English cheese with distinctive blue veining and taste. Made from pasteurised milk. The Tuxford & Tebbutt creamery was formed in 1780 in Melton Mowbray and hasn’t changed it's time-perfected recipie.
I am not a cheese blue cheese lover but my husband gave the thumbs up for this Stilton. Tasty and of the right texture, his words not mine.
