Lovely joint, very lean and surprisingly tender for this cut although I did pot roast with apples and madeira to get the flavour through the meat. Will definitely buy again.
On this occasion I have frozen the piece of pork. I have tried it before and it was delicious so lean and tender. My husband is not a big pork lover but he is now converted!
