This ham, is made in the Lake District by being cured for several days by immersion in brine, which gives it a wonderfully moist texture. The addition of unrefined brown sugar to the recipe adds a subtle sweetness to this mild but delicious ham.

Lovely smoked flavour and big slices. I will definitely be ordering this again. So far I've only eaten this on a slice of bread but can think of several other ways to use the slices for different foods.

I do not like ham cut too thick. this was tasty and just perfect for me
This is the second time that I have ordered this ham and it seems much smokier on this occasion which was a little much for my taste. Slices are thick and a good size with a nice edge of fat.
