This peppery leaf is also known as arugula, particularly in the US. It’s a dark green salad vegetable, popular in Mediterranean countries. The leaves have a slightly bitter, peppery flavour and are gathered when they’re young. Rocket is a rich source of iron as well as vitamins A and C.

Rocket with bite

Rather a big bag but the taste is good especially with spaghetti with prawns, chilli and a sundried tomato sauce

Lasts forever!

We bought this about 2 weeks ago, tastes great and really fresh. We've been away in Scotland for a week, got back and checked the fridge as I forgot to sort it before we left.. And it's still as fresh as the day we got it! As are the tomatoes, nice, fresh and not soggy at all.

Really impressed by this. It is a huge bag. Very tasty and peppery and it also keeps well. Somehow seems to keep much better than the rocket I was used to buying from the supermarket.

Fresh rocket

Good quality pity it comes in such a large bag as I can't always use it all.
