Onion, Pink Roscoff String x 1kg

The onion is very high quality and is excellent in tray bakes and also dishes which need a long slow cook. The onion is sweet flavoured and keeps it's texture well and does not get charred like other onions do. However, a disadvantage is that they are very expensive compared to other onions, such as Spanish onions.
