Good fish

Great quality, seem a better size than most of the supermarket fillets and much fresher in a way. Can't quite put my finger on it, but they just seem better quality than most.

No complaints

This was a fillet cut towards the middle of the fish. It was cut into 2 pieces (125g and 132g). It was a lovely colour and texture. My wife and I had a piece each with boiled potatoes and garden peas. Very tasty and not a bone in sight. We both enjoyed it.
