Traditionally dry cured pork sausage made with paprika and garlic for a rich, smoky, spicy flavour.?á
Sold in 200g rings.
We’ve been buying this for a good few months now but the last few have gone brown and wizened looking well before the use by date, at least a couple of months left on it. The other thing we’ve found is that they seems to have gotten rather more fatty and greasy tasting. I know chorizo isn’t fat free but I’m comparing it to the ones we had when first bought them about 10 months ago. Won’t be buying again.
Sorry to hear this, we'll be sure to investigate this one. If you could drop us an email with some info and any pictures you can get that would be great :)
This is not exactly a choriço, more a pepperoni than a choriço, even if it is quite nice.
Thank you for the feedback, it is classed as a chorizo and is also found in supermarkets either the same brand or different. It may be a little different to the traditional chorizo :) Pleased to hear you enjoyed it
Everything I ordered was good.
A lovely spicy chorizo, perfect in pastas and omlettes
Thank you Julie :)
This is my second purchase. Right balance of spice, texture and cooked beautifully. I can see it becoming a regular purchase.
Pleased to hear you enjoyed them! Fantastic news
