We’ve been buying this for a good few months now but the last few have gone brown and wizened looking well before the use by date, at least a couple of months left on it. The other thing we’ve found is that they seems to have gotten rather more fatty and greasy tasting. I know chorizo isn’t fat free but I’m comparing it to the ones we had when first bought them about 10 months ago. Won’t be buying again.

This is not exactly a choriço, more a pepperoni than a choriço, even if it is quite nice.
Thank you for the feedback, it is classed as a chorizo and is also found in supermarkets either the same brand or different. It may be a little different to the traditional chorizo :) Pleased to hear you enjoyed it
