A great English delicacy, pickled walnuts in malt vinegar make a lovely accompaniment to cheeses, cold meat platters as well as poultry and game dishes.
These pickled walnuts are harvested before their shells form, whilst they are still green. They are then cooked and pickled in spiced malt vinegar and hand-packed into jars.
Sold in a 390g jar.
