Thank you for being a MyDelifresh customer, your support is fantastic, and we want to let you know about a few changes we are making to our home delivery service.


Over the past few months, we have been working on our roadmap to normality as the hospitality trade re-ignites. 


MyDelifresh has grown to be an integral part of our business, and we want to make the service even better. 


To improve your MyDelifresh experience, we have been developing a new service that will bring you the best field to fork experience possible.


Great excitement is going to release as our range of food will become even more extensive. We are adding some fantastic items we have been working on for some time along with your new MyDelifresh day becoming a Sunday.


Weekday deliveries will end for a period as we concentrate on creating the new Sunday service for our local customers and those afar (Newcastle & other areas across the UK your new delivery day will be Monday serviced by our courier partner DPD)


We will also be implementing tighter delivery slots for this day at the checkout to choose from and notifying you of your predicted arrival time.


Your delivery notifications will be sent via email on the Thursday before your Sunday delivery. For many, this is the best day to accept delivery, and we hope you agree that this will be a good choice. 


As well as the change in delivery options, we want to ensure our MyDelifresh customers continue to benefit from the close relationships we have with our growers. 


Selected seasonal food will be picked exactly from the farm to your order. 

A great example of this will be our local asparagus all the detial into how this will happen is explained on the above video.


The new MyDelifresh service will ensure the best possible food being selected direct from our growers that we work with daily for the ingredients our hospitality customers enjoy.


With thier arrival back into our business will bring even more choice and you can now enjoty the same food they use at home.


We hope you will enjoy the new service as we develop and transform into the NEW MyDelifresh - Just wait to see what we have planned to arrive over the next few months.

April 28th We will start the transformation to be the best seasonal shopping experience on the planet with the new Sunday delivery slots opening for you to be able to book your slot in front. 


On this date we will begin to migrate the web site into something exciting with new pages & more over the space of a few days. 


Every month on the 26th, our products, offers & lots of amazing things will be released for the month ahead - along with next months delivery slots open to be booked. 


May 7th - New range of products, offers and lots more being launched so make sure you log on during this date and add any new items to any orders you may have already placed.


Saturday, May 8th - This is our last regular week delivery date. 


Sunday, May 16th - This will be the first delivery date, followed by every Sunday onwards (slots will be limited, so make sure you book in front to guarantee a delivery slot.


Cut Off For Orders - All orders for delivery on a Sunday need to be placed by 5:00 am every Thursday


Order Additions - Cut off for any additions will be set to 5:00 am every Thursdayfor that Sundays delivery.


Rewards - These are still active, and we will be launching some significant challenges so you can be rewarded even more.

As per last comment I too would like to thank you for your wonderful help during lockdown and will continue to order as I love your fresh produce and ice creams !!! Might not be quite as often as just Sunday deliveries now; but I appreciate that you too need to get back to some sort of “normal”

Great news that life is (hopefully) returning to normal. I would just like to say a big thank you to all at delifresh for the fantastic service you have shown throughout all this, and the quality of the fresh food has been top notch. I understand now that your main priority is to get back to serving your high street trade of customer’s, and lets hope many, if not all, have returned to open their doors to footfall customers. Like delifresh, I wish to get out there and support our local greengrocer, selling local produce. I will however, occasionally take up the offer for sunday delivery service, if I’m lucky enough to book a slot. Thank you and good luck for the future.
