Placing Orders

YES you can - In order to add to orders already placed with mydelifresh please follow the below instructions.

**Please Note**

All additions must be made 72 hours prior to your original order delivery date 

Fresh Meat or Fresh Fish is not availabale to for addition at this time. 

To add items to an order already placed with Mydelifresh, please search for the product Order Additions using the search function or clicking this link ADD TO YOUR ORDER   

Once located simply add this item into your basket along with the other items you require.

When you come to checkout, please select the Order Additions tab and select your ORIGINAL order delivery date to move through to the payment screen and complete. 

We will capture your addition and deliver it on the same date as your original order.

Failure to add this item into your basket will mean you generate a new order with charges and seperate delivery date.

**Any additional orders placed through this procedure which don't sync with original orders will be refunded along with any additions of fresh meat and not delivered.

This communication is driven by the details you input during the checkout
process. Please ensure spelling is checked before submitting. Also please check any JUNK/SPAM folders you may have within your email service.

making sure we fulfil all orders.

If a shortage does arrive, we will refund the missing items before despatch.

The deadline for cancellation is the last Thursday morning before your Sunday or Monday delivery is due this must be with us by 5AM Thursday morning. We cannot make cancellations or product removals after this date and time as everything is pre ordered with suppliers to the exact numbers.


When you reach the checkout process, you will have the option to pick a delivery day for your order. 

On your confirmation email you recieve after placing your order with us there is a button which reds VIEW MY ORDER - Clicking this will reroute you to your order infomation page where your delivery date you selected will be visable

On your order delivery date, your order will be with you anytime between 8 am - 6 pm
